Our mission is to promote the use of innovative technology to enhance productivity, enable creative entertainment, and generate educational content, all aimed at contributing positively to society. However, certain types of content are deemed illegal or immoral and are strictly prohibited as outlined below:

Prohibited Actions:

  1. Prohibition on creating or sharing images related to the monarchy
    Creating or sharing disrespectful content related to the monarchy is a violation of Section 112 of the Thai Criminal Code, which prohibits acts that insult, defame, or threaten the King, Queen, Heir-Apparent, or Regent.
  2. Prohibition on creating or sharing sexually explicit content involving children (Child Pornography)
    The creation or distribution of sexually explicit content involving children in any form is a severe violation of laws and moral principles. Such actions may lead to prosecution at both local and international levels. The platform strictly prohibits such content and will enforce stringent measures against violators.
  3. Prohibition on creating or sharing inappropriate or obscene content
    The creation or distribution of obscene or inappropriate content, particularly that generated using AI, must be strictly controlled and monitored to prevent moral violations and misuse.
  4. Prohibition on using technologies like Reface/Inpaint/Refink for obscene purposes
    Utilizing technologies to create obscene or inappropriate content using someone else’s likeness violates personal rights and dignity. Such actions may lead to legal consequences under the Criminal Code.
  5. Prohibition on using unauthorized data for training LoRA
    Using data without the owner’s permission or rights constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights. Users must ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations to protect the rights of data owners.
  6. Prohibition on creating or sharing drug-related content
    Using AI to create or distribute content related to drugs, including their use, trade, or promotion, is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of law and moral principles. Violators will be held legally accountable.
  7. Prohibition on creating or sharing illegal content
    Users must not create or share content that violates laws, including criminal laws, copyright laws, or other applicable regulations. Such actions will lead to legal consequences, and the platform strictly adheres to all legal standards.
  8. Prohibition on creating or sharing inappropriate religious content
    Creating or sharing content that disrespects or criticizes religions using AI is prohibited, as such content may cause offense or conflict.
  9. Prohibition on creating or sharing violent or abusive content
    Creating or sharing content depicting violence, abuse, or threats is strictly prohibited. Such content will be immediately removed, and violators will face appropriate penalties.
  10. Prohibition on creating defamatory or harmful content using AI
    Creating defamatory, mocking, or reputation-damaging content using AI is a violation of rights and human dignity. Such actions may result in both platform and legal penalties.
  11. Prohibition on using AI to violate privacy
    Using AI to create or share content that invades someone’s privacy, such as unauthorized use of personal images or data, is illegal and unethical.
  12. Prohibition on creating or sharing political content
    The platform has a strict policy against supporting or opposing political opinions through AI-generated images or media.

User Responsibility in Content Creation

Content generated using the platform’s AI tools is the sole responsibility of the user who created it. If any generated content violates laws or the rights of others, the user who created the content will be held accountable, and the platform will not assume liability for such actions. If an AI-generated image results from accidental interpretation errors, please delete it by clicking the trash icon below the image.
