You confirm that the files, data, and works submitted for registration are your property or you have obtained proper legal rights to use them.
⚠️ Strictly prohibited: Registering copyrighted works belonging to others, illegal content, or content violating others' personal rights is strictly prohibited.
You acknowledge that once data is minted on the Blockchain, it cannot be modified, deleted, or changed permanently. The platform cannot refund credits (Varo KeyCoin) in cases of user error.
💡 "Once recorded, permanently inscribed" — Even Varo Registry system administrators cannot access or modify data in the Smart Contract. This is the core principle that gives these registration records weight in legal proceedings.
If errors are found after registration, the only remedy is to register the file again as "Version 2 (Revised Edition)". The original data will remain as history in the system.
Varo KeyCoin is solely a utility credit for use within the system. It is not a cryptocurrency and cannot be exchanged or converted back to cash.
Varo Registry serves as a technical witness certifying that:
"This digital wallet has officially timestamped the fingerprint (Hash) of this file at the specified date and time."
Varo Registry cannot certify actions outside the system. For example, if Person A steals Person B's work and registers it, Varo Registry will technically record Person A as the holder at that time.
In case of disputes, courts will determine the facts. Varo Registry serves only as an immutable digital time witness.
Varo Universal Registry functions as a "Digital Provenance witness" to provide timestamping evidence. It does not hold the legal status equivalent to patent, trademark, or copyright registration with government agencies.
This service is a digital identity recording system, not a financial product. It is not an investment solicitation and does not guarantee speculative value of any digital records or NFTs generated.
Varo Registry is not responsible for liquidity, pricing, or changes in royalty policies if you list or trade your work on third-party marketplace platforms (such as OpenSea, Rarible).
